1. Who runs this site

otov7.com is published and operated by World Activities SRL, a company organized under the laws of the Dominican Republic, which carries out its real estate activity under the public brand HELIOS RD. World Activities SRL is part of World Activities Group (WAG).

2. What the site is for, and your agreement

otov7.com is an informational website. It presents the real estate projects HELIOS RD develops in the Dominican Republic, the history and governance of the group, and background on how we work. You can also use it to send us a contact request or join a waiting list.

By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. We may update these Terms; the version that applies is the one posted on the day of your visit, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

3. What the information is — and is not

This is the section that matters most, so we will be blunt about it.

• Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to invest, or financial, tax or legal advice. Browsing the site or submitting a form creates no contract. Only a written agreement signed by you and the relevant group entity creates obligations.
• No return is promised or guaranteed. Any projection, occupancy rate, rental income, appreciation figure or financial scenario shown here or in our materials is a working assumption, not a commitment. Real estate carries the risk of losing capital. Past results on one project say nothing about future results on another.
• Renderings are illustrative. 3D images, floor plans, furniture, landscaping and finishes show design intent. They are not a contractual description. Areas, materials, specifications and delivery dates may change with permits, engineering constraints and applicable regulation.
• Prices may change without notice and do not necessarily include taxes, notary fees, transfer duties or recurring charges.
• Listing a unit on the site does not guarantee it is available.

Before you commit to anything, talk to your own independent legal, tax and financial advisors — qualified both where you live and in the Dominican Republic.

4. Intellectual property

Everything on the site — text, photographs, 3D renderings, plans, video, illustrations, logos, visual identity, databases, source code and interfaces — is protected by copyright and trademark law. It belongs to World Activities SRL, to companies within World Activities Group, or to third parties who licensed it to us.

HELIOS RD, OTO V7, World Activities Group and WAG, along with our project names, are distinctive signs of the group.

You may read the site, print pages, and share links for private or informational purposes. Anything beyond that — copying, adapting, translating, systematic extraction, commercial redistribution, training machine-learning models, or building a database from our content — needs our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to reach non-public areas of the site, its servers or the group's systems without authorization;
• interfere with how it runs — flooding, injection, bypassing security controls, mass scraping;
• post unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content;
• use the contact details published here for unsolicited commercial outreach;
• impersonate someone else or knowingly submit false information in a form.

6. Client area and restricted access

Some areas — the client portal, the investor area, internal consoles — are limited to authorized users and governed by separate terms accepted when access is granted. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect misuse.

7. Third-party links and services

The site points to services we do not operate: WhatsApp, social networks, maps, e-signature and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We are not responsible for their content or their behavior.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. It may go down for maintenance, updates, technical failure or causes outside our control. We may change, suspend or remove any page, feature or project shown here at any time, without notice or compensation.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." We take real care with the accuracy of what we publish, but we do not warrant that it is complete, permanently current, or suited to your particular situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Dominican law, World Activities SRL and the group's companies are not liable for indirect damages — lost opportunity, lost data, lost profits, business loss — arising from your use of the site, its unavailability, or a decision made solely on the basis of what you read here. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or gross negligence.

10. Personal data

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can change your cookie choices at any time through the Manage cookies link in the footer.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, it will be submitted to the courts of the Dominican Republic.

If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
