Progressive incorporation of specialized subsidiaries: Arias Cuevas Construction (construction), Ploutos (patrimony), ECR (specialized).
Deployment of triple-jurisdiction structure: World Activities Family LLC (SKN), DR operational entity, Quebec advisory entity.
Deployment of residential and tourism project portfolio: San Cristóbal, Yagrumo, Cabo Engaño, Palenque, Bávaro, Las Terrenas.
